Packaging

To ensure your purchase arrives safely, all prints will be packaged with a combination of soft tissue paper and sturdy materials - under A3 will be flat packed and larger prints will be placed in strong postal tubes. Framed prints will be carefully wrapped and packaged also.

I received my item damaged/defective, what are my options?

Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and include your Order Number, a description of the Damage/Defect and attach an image/s of the damage/defect.

We will endeavour to have the item repaired/replaced as soon as possible.

I've changed my mind with my order, what are my options?

If you have changed your mind quickly and your order is still in the processing stage we may be able to make the required adjustments. However as our products are made to order once production has begun we cannot adjust the order.

Please send us an email ASAP if this is the case.

What type of paper do you use for your prints?

All of our prints are printed on an archival smooth matte (non-reflective) 200gsm stock.

What are your standard frames?

We have three standard wood frames which we use - Black, White & Oak, for sizes up to 90cm the frame width will be 2cm, for sizes over 90cm the frame width will be 3cm.

Can I have a different frame?

Yes! We understand that our standard range won’t suit absolutely every application and we can work with you to find the perfect frame, get in touch we are more than happy to help.

The size of print I would like is not listed, can you do custom sizes?

We sure can, get in touch with the sizes you would like and we can sort it out…. a rough guide to price will be to use our standard sizes and see what a similar size is, or part way between two standard sizes.

Can you adjust an image to suit my space?

Absolutely! We can flip/mirror images to suit your needs, we can also change images to black and white, send us an email with your idea’s or requirements and we will sort it out!

I would like a mat board with my framed print…

No problem…. let us know prior to putting your order through, you can either reduce the size of print to fit the mat board, or we can keep the print size the same and increase the frame size.
